Allegiance

Project Summary

Seek won the right to be a keynote speaker at the Front End of Innovation Conference in Zurich Switzerland in 2012 and the design department was tasked with creating some sort of ideation activity that the 400 attendees would willingly and actively participate in during the three day conference. We came up with the idea of an ideation game called Allegiance that required participants to come up with an innovative idea they felt companies could benefit from and champion that idea to recruit as many members to their faction as possible. At the end of the second day – the four factions that had recruited the most followers had to defend their idea in a live debate in front of the other participants as well as panel of judges. The winner was announced and received $15K in free ideation work from Seek. The game was so popular that the conference made Seek a keynote speaker the following year and asked us to come up with a similar activity.
